By accessing or using Migrant Hub ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
Migrant Hub is operated and incorporated in Victoria, Australia.
Migrant Hub provides analytics, data insights, and tools related to Australian skilled migration visa pathways, including but not limited to Subclass 189, 190, and 491 visas. The Platform is intended for:
To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at support@migrationhub.com.au if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
You must not share your password with any other person, or allow another person to access the Platform using your credentials. You must not sell, transfer, lend, or otherwise dispose of your username or password. If we detect concurrent or suspicious use of your login credentials, your account may be suspended or terminated without refund.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or remain inactive for an extended period.

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to data visualisations, analytics models, UI designs, and written content, is the intellectual property of Migrant Hub or its licensors. Data sourced from the Department of Home Affairs is used under applicable open data licences.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Platform content without our prior written consent.
The Platform aggregates data from publicly available government sources, including the Department of Home Affairs CKAN API and SkillSelect datasets. While we strive for accuracy:
Migrant Hub offers both free and paid subscription tiers. Details of current plans and pricing are available on our Pricing page.
Paid subscriptions are billed in Australian Dollars (AUD) on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) as selected at sign-up. Unless otherwise stated, all prices are GST-exclusive. Where GST applies, it will be added at checkout and reflected on your tax invoice.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date via your account settings. You will receive a renewal reminder prior to each billing date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

If we suspect that you or any user of your account has breached any term of these Terms, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform immediately and without prior notice. If your access is suspended or terminated for breach, you will not be entitled to any refund of subscription fees paid.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Migrant Hub and its personnel from and against any loss, claim, liability, cost, or expense (including legal costs) arising out of or in connection with your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Platform, or any claim brought against us arising from your conduct on the Platform.
Migrant Hub does not provide legal advice or registered migration agent services.
Nothing on the Platform constitutes advice on your individual visa eligibility, chances of invitation, or immigration strategy.
You should consult a MARA-registered migration agent or qualified legal practitioner before making any visa application decisions. To find a registered agent, visit the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA) .
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Migrant Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or reliance on immigration information.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in subscription fees in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of our obligations under these Terms caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, power outages, government actions, pandemics, or internet or telecommunications failures. We will notify you promptly of any such event and use reasonable endeavours to resume normal service as soon as practicable.
You may not assign, transfer, or novate your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations on written notice to you, including in the event of a business sale or restructure.
If a dispute arises in connection with the Platform or these Terms, the parties agree to:
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria for any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or an in-app notification at least 10 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Platform before they take effect.
The following clauses survive termination or expiry of these Terms for any reason: Intellectual Property (Section 5), Indemnity (Section 10), Limitation of Liability (Section 12), Confidentiality, and any other clauses that by their nature should survive termination.
