Eligibility Criteria

5 criteria
  • Must have completed a minimum of four years full-time (or part-time equivalent) university-level study
  • Must have a relevant initial teacher education qualification
  • Must meet English language proficiency requirements through either study option or IELTS TRF
  • Must meet BOTH qualifications and English language proficiency criteria for successful outcome
  • Visa nominated must require a skills assessment (confirm with Department of Home Affairs)
  • Documents as specified in the relevant occupation-specific checklist (Primary School Teacher, Middle School Teacher, Secondary School Teacher, Special Needs Teacher, Teacher of the Hearing Impaired, Teacher of the Sight Impaired, or Special Education Teachers)
  • Evidence of relevant initial teacher education qualification
  • Evidence of minimum four years full-time university-level study
  • English language proficiency documentation (IELTS TRF or study option evidence)
  • Documents as outlined in the Application Guide
